Kate Starr is a Certified Spiritual Director who has spent more than 25 years guiding individuals and groups through transformative experiences of reflection, healing, and connection. Drawing from ancient ritual, contemplative practice, and evidence-based psychology, she creates spaces where people can explore their inner landscapes, deepen their relationship with the sacred, and reconnect with the wisdom of the natural world. She holds a master's degree in Organizational Psychology and has spent 15 years working in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with a focus on anti-oppression, decolonization, and liberation theology. An "Arklahoman" with deep roots in the region, Kate's work is grounded in a profound love for the lands, waters, and wild places that stretch from the Ozark foothills to the forests surrounding Keystone Lake.
Mia Leighty is a queer certified Sex, Love & Relationship Coach (VITA™ Method) who guides people of all genders and sexualities to reclaim their erotic power through mindful pleasure, embodied awareness, and transformational inner work. For over 15 years, she has worked at the intersection of sexuality, intimacy, healing, spirituality, and personal growth. Her trauma-informed approach integrates modern psychology with ancient wisdom traditions to cultivate confidence, connection, and aliveness. Her work explores intimacy, healing, and liberation as embodied experiences—inviting people to trust the wisdom of their bodies and the truth of their desires. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she serves humans worldwide.
