★★★★★

Mia is such a warm, safe, inviting presence. My system immediately opened up with her, and I surprised myself with how much I was able to ask for and explore with her welcoming attunement. We moved through sorrow, joy, fear and all at the pace I needed. It was playful and mothering and left me feeling much more embodied. I have never experienced a session like this before and it unlocked a realm of possibilities for further exploring.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A Pleasure Mapping Session is a guided, intentional experience designed to help you explore your body's unique sensory landscape — what kinds of touch, pressure, temperature, and rhythm feel good, neutral, or uncomfortable. Think of it less like a treatment and more like a curious, unhurried conversation between you and your body.

  • No. This isn't massage, and it isn't talk-based therapy. It lives somewhere in between — it's a somatic (body-based) experience with a skilled, trauma-informed guide. The session is clothed, professional, and held within a clear ethical framework. The focus is sensation, awareness, and communication — not performance or outcome.

  • Not at all — that's actually the point. Many people come in precisely because they don't know what they want, or they've lost touch with it. The session is designed to help you discover that, in real time, in your body.

  • No. The goal is exploration and awareness, not arrival. By taking orgasm off the table entirely, something interesting happens — you actually get to feel more. Pleasure becomes about the journey, not the destination.

  • The range is wider than most people expect — and more tender, too. On the softer end, the session might include simply being held, having your hair played with, loving caresses, or applied pressure on different parts of your body. We can also explore sensation tools like feathers, soft claws, a Wartenberg wheel, a light silicone whip, or a blindfold to heighten awareness.

Every session is different because every body is different. You're always in the driver's seat — giving real-time feedback as we go: more, less, softer, harder, somewhere new, something completely different. For many people, the most surprising discovery is how much they've been craving the simpler things — being held, touched slowly, or just feeling genuinely cared for.

  • Possibly, yes. Pleasure mapping can be a powerful tool for healing — helping you reconnect to pleasurable sensation, release shame, and reclaim a sense of agency in your body. That said, if you're in an active or acute place in your healing, it's worth a conversation first to make sure the timing and container are right for you.

  • If you're curious, that's enough. You don't need to have done any particular inner work, have a specific goal, or feel completely comfortable — that's what the intake conversation is for. Readiness isn't a prerequisite here; it's something we build together at the start of every session.

  • Comfort is everything. Wear a t-shirt or tank top and shorts so your arms and legs are accessible for the session. Bring layers — a cardigan, hoodie, or cozy socks — because your body temperature can shift as you relax, and you want to stay comfortable throughout.

  • This session is for any body, any gender, any identity. The work is about your relationship with your own body — and that belongs to everyone. You are welcome here exactly as you are.

  • It's intimate, but it isn't sexual in the way most people mean when they ask that. There is no nudity, no explicit sexual contact, and no agenda beyond your own curiosity and comfort. That said, your body is a sensual being — so yes, sensation is the point, and some of what we explore may feel erotic or deeply personal. Think of it as adult, body-positive, and intentionally held within a clear professional and ethical container.

  • Including the check-in conversation to set the container and the integration conversation at the end, the session is about 2 hours. The actual pleasure mapping is 90 minutes.

  • A skilled provider brings something a partner can't — no emotional stake in the outcome. There's no history, no expectation, no dynamic to navigate. That creates a rare kind of freedom to be honest about what you feel and what you want, often for the first time.

  • We begin with an intake conversation — I share the arc of the session, you ask any questions, and we create a clear, safe container together. The session itself is about 90 minutes. Afterward, you have time to integrate on your own before we close with a brief checkout conversation about what came up for you and what you're taking with you.

  • That varies by person — and that's part of the beauty of it. Some people leave with a clearer sense of what they like and how to ask for it. Others experience a felt sense of safety in their body they haven't had in a long time. Some simply feel nourished, seen, and more at home in themselves. Most are surprised by something they discover.
