This is a monthly class about transformation. Some energy doesn't need more stillness, it needs movement. Eros Alchemy is a somatic journey that uses breath, intuitive movement, and emotional alchemy practices to help you shift states, move stuck energy, and reconnect with the intelligence of your body. Whether you're working with inertia, emotional weight, or simply a desire to feel more alive, this class gives you a container to let it move through you.

What to Expect: Sample Flow

  • ARRIVE: We'll drop in with a brief orienting practice — noticing what's present in the body before we ask it to do anything.

  • BREATHE: You'll be guided through a pleasure breath or similar practice to begin opening the body's energetic pathways and building capacity.

  • MOVE: The heart of the class. Drawing from non-linear movement and 5 Rhythms free flow, you'll be invited into intuitive movement — following the body's impulse rather than a choreography.

  • FEEL: A short emotional alchemy practice to help you metabolize what the movement stirred. This might look like sounding, or witnessing what is present.
